Welcome to P.J Cozens

|
The consultancy was established by Mr. P.J. Cozens, initially concentrating on local authority commissions, but has steadily grown its profile of clients and projects.
For the past 25 years we have had an office suite in the beautifully converted St. Matthews Church in the centre of Norwich over looking the cathedral.
In the last ten years the office has been staffed by Phil Cowthard, electrical designer and project engineer, Simon Youngman, mechanical designer and project engineer, Sarah Smart, technician.
Today we complete commissions and designs on a whole range of diverse buildings from office and industrial units, historical/listed buildings, schools, housing, hospitals to innovative design. Our clients include commercial, private and local authorities. We have completed projects throughout East Anglia, London, the . midlands, Manchester and Dublin.
We complete all work
efficiently and to a high standard, using the latest available computer
technology, including Auto Cad drawing software, Hevacomp design
calculation programmes, various other design software and Window
packages to produce a high quality, accurate professional solution.
All engineers attend professional meetings and training courses on the latest regulations and technology.

Cromer Visitor Centre
It is a new hub of information for tourists and locals alike with a striking roofline of conical turrets and canopies on the Cromer skyline.
But the man who officially opened it today pointed out its “dew diffrunt” looks are probably no different to those which sprouted up during its emergence as a resort in Victorian and Edwardian times.

Potters leisure Resort
A 24 bedroom hotel extension was completed prior
to easter 2008 to the existing resort complex.
